Gatehouses & Security
Our community prioritizes safety and convenience, ensuring peace of mind for all residents. Our front gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day, providing constant oversight and assistance. The second gatehouse operates during peak traffic times and holidays, ensuring smooth entry for all visitors.
The middle and third lanes are equipped with advanced scanners to read barcodes on resident vehicles, streamlining access for our residents.
During certain hours, the third lane also accommodates guest processing.
To enhance security and efficiency, we strongly encourage all residents to utilize the caller ID system for their guests. You can easily add guests in advance by calling 305.932.9600 x 2 or 305.932.8345.
If you're calling from your registered number, our system will recognize you; otherwise, please obtain your security code number from the Master Office.

Security Team
Our Head of Security, Rose Vanhorne, has been an integral part of our team for over 16 years. She is responsible for training all staff members at Elite Security, ensuring they uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Our dedicated and patient team is committed to enforcing access to the island, prioritizing the protection of residents, their property, and overall safety.

Pedestrian Gate
To access the community through the pedestrian gate, you can either ring the buzzer for security to screen you for entry, or you can purchase a gate card at the Master Office for $15. This card will allow you to easily re-enter the island after your outing.
