Since 1991, Fern has been a dedicated and knowledgeable property manager at Mystic Pointe, bringing over three decades of experience to the community. Working with FirstService Residential, Fern ensures that Mystic Pointe runs smoothly and remains a welcoming, well-maintained environment for all residents. Her extensive experience and deep connection to the community make her an invaluable leader, handling everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning with professionalism and care. Dawn Goldberg - Administrative Assistant
 

Since joining the Mystic Pointe team on December 1, 2008, Dawn Goldberg has been an integral part of the property management team, serving as the administrative assistant. Working alongside FirstService Residential, Dawn’s role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for all residents. Her focus on maintaining excellent communication, resolving resident concerns, and managing administrative duties ensures that Mystic Pointe continues to be a well-organized, comfortable place to live.
